Epix Gym
Website and internal admin console for the hybrid 24/7 gym I co-founded and coach at.

Overview
Epix Gym is a hybrid 24/7 gym in Bratislava that I co-founded and coach at as Head Coach. Running a self-service gym without staff on-site around the clock means the software has to carry the load a front desk normally would: booking a first session, and keeping track of who is a member, what they are subscribed to, and how the gym is actually being used.
Challenge
A 24/7 self-access gym has no front desk to fall back on. New visitors need a simple way to book an intro training, and running the business day to day means tracking members, subscriptions, and entries without falling back on spreadsheets.
What I built
The public site on WordPress, built to get a first-time visitor to book an intro training with as little friction as possible. Behind it, an internal admin console on Laravel and Laravel Nova gives the team one place to see members, active subscriptions, and daily entries instead of piecing it together by hand.
Outcome
Live and in daily use running the gym alongside coaching there. Same person who built it uses it every day, so it gets fixed the moment something is wrong.
One console to run the gym
A Laravel Nova admin console the team actually uses day to day: new and active members, subscription mix, and daily entries, in one place instead of spreadsheets. Figures blurred, this is a live business dashboard, not a demo.
