One idea, four platforms: the acquisition engine
How the studio turns a single idea into an article, a carousel, and a reel, renders them in house with no Canva, and publishes to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, then reads the numbers back.
A product with no distribution is a hobby. The hard part of solo product building is not the app, it is being seen. So distribution is a system too, not a scramble.
The acquisition engine is an organic loop that runs in both directions.
Out: one idea, many forms
A single idea becomes three artifacts: a long form article, a carousel, and a short reel. All rendered in house, no Canva, no manual design pass. The generators are generalized per brand, so onboarding a new brand to the content machine is one session and the marginal cost of the next brand is near zero.
Then it publishes to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Every rebrand a starter app inherits this content machine for free. That is the point: the same reuse logic that makes apps cheap makes distribution cheap.
Back: the numbers
Publishing is only half a loop. The other half is what happened. Post stats come back per platform into an owner dashboard: views, engagement, and the funnel that follows, web visits, installs, and eventually who bought what. A loop you can read is a loop you can improve. A blast you cannot measure is just noise.
Why it is the real moat
Anyone can build an app. Fewer can build an app and a machine that reliably puts it in front of people every day, across four platforms, at near zero marginal cost per brand. The engine is infrastructure, not a campaign. It plugs into every product in the portfolio and into client work.
The open question I am still working is cadence: how many posts per day per brand one human can review before the machine outruns the reviewer. That is a good problem to have. It means the constraint moved from "can we make content" to "how much can we ship", which is exactly where you want the bottleneck to be.
One operator, idea to live product. Web and mobile, designed and shipped end to end.
Work with meFrequently asked
- What is the acquisition engine?
- A system that turns one idea into an article, a carousel, and a reel, rendered in house, and publishes them to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Does it measure results?
- Yes. Post stats come back per platform into an owner dashboard, with the rest of the funnel (web visits, installs, purchases) being wired in.
- How much does a new brand cost to add?
- About one session, and the marginal cost of the next brand is near zero, because the generators are generalized per brand.
