Data Deletion

Principle Guy s.r.o. — all apps and services

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens after you ask. It covers every mobile app and website operated by Principle Guy s.r.o. (IČO: 56561792), including data we obtain when you connect a TikTok account, a YouTube channel, or a Facebook Page and Instagram account to our tools.

1Request deletion by email

Send an email to theprincipleguy@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

Please tell us:

  • which app or service you used;
  • the identifier you signed up with (email address, or the Facebook Page / Instagram account name you connected);
  • whether you want everything deleted, or only a specific item.

We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, as required by GDPR Art. 17. We may ask one follow-up question to verify you own the account before we delete anything.

2Delete in-app (where available)

Several of our apps let you delete your account yourself, without contacting us. Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. That removes your account and its content from our systems immediately.

3Facebook and Instagram connections

Our social publishing tools can connect to a Facebook Page and its linked Instagram business account, with the account owner’s explicit authorisation, in order to publish content the owner has approved and to read the resulting post statistics.

To disconnect and have the associated data deleted:

  • Remove our app from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. This revokes our access immediately.
  • Then email us as described in section 1 so we delete the stored access tokens and any cached post statistics.

On request, or when a connection is revoked and not restored, we delete the stored access token, the Page and Instagram account identifiers, and any cached post metrics. We never receive or store your Facebook or Instagram password.

4TikTok and YouTube connections

The Acquisition Engine can connect to a brand’s own TikTok account, with the account owner’s explicit authorisation through TikTok Login Kit, in order to upload videos into that account’s drafts. On TikTok that upload permission is all the app holds. A YouTube channel follows the same model, and there we also read the channel’s own post statistics for reporting.

To disconnect and have the associated data deleted:

  • Disconnect the account in your own dashboard on this site. That deletes the stored tokens immediately.
  • Or revoke our app on the platform itself: in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, in the security and permissions area where connected apps are managed; for YouTube, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Then email us as described in section 1 if you also want the cached post statistics erased.

On request, or when an authorisation is revoked and not restored, we delete the stored access and refresh tokens, the account identifiers (TikTok open id, display name, YouTube channel id) and any cached post metrics we hold for that account. We never receive or store your TikTok or Google password.

5What gets deleted

  • your account record and authentication identifiers;
  • content you created in the app (entries, preferences, answers);
  • stored third-party access tokens and linked-account identifiers;
  • waitlist and marketing records tied to your email.

6What we may keep, and why

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or allows it, namely accounting and tax records of purchases (Slovak law, generally 10 years), and records needed to establish or defend a legal claim. We also keep aggregated, anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you. Content already published to a public social platform stays on that platform until it is deleted there, by the account owner.

7Your other rights

Besides deletion you may request access, correction, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Details are in our Privacy Policy. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
